The Sun/Uranus midpoint has the potential to trigger impulsive behavior or sudden disruptions in one’s life. When this midpoint becomes activated, it is important to embrace change while staying grounded.

The ego becomes supercharged in the pursuit of freedom or rebellion or being recognized as “special”. Sudden events concerning one’s husband or father.
Andy Warhol had the Progressed Sun on this midpoint in 1956. This was during his first group exhibit.
Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis had ARC Sun on her Sun/Uranus the year that JFK was assassinated.
Sun/Uranus=Moon:
Exciting emotional developments. Being much more emotionally reactive and impulsive. This is a midpoint picture I’ve seen fairly regularly in the charts of pregnant women.
Sun/Uranus = Mercury:
Thinking outside the box. Brilliant ideas that seem to come “from out of nowhere”. Innovation. Exciting and unexpected news or communications. Possible “glitches” with technology. Making plans to reform something.
Progressed Sun and Mercury were both conjunct to Monica Lewinsky’s Sun/Uranus midpoint in 2014 when she re-emerged into the public eye. In May of that year, she wrote an essay for Vanity Fair about her life post-scandal. She was announced as an ongoing contributor and published 3 more essays in 2014, and continues to write for them to this day.
Solar Arc Mercury was conjunct to Ezra Miller’s Sun/Uranus in 2022 when he was regularly in the news for his anti-social conduct. It is claimed that he was receiving treatment for “complex mental health issues” in or around August of that year.
Sun/Uranus = Venus:
Unusual experiences in love or with finances. Suddenly falling in (or out of) love. Being instantly attracted to someone or something. Strong attraction to someone (or something) unusual or out of the ordinary. Impulsive purchases.
Angelina Jolie divorced her first husband (Jonny Lee Miller) when Venus Progressed to this midpoint.
Sun/Uranus = Mars:
Reckless actions, injuries, accidents. Combativeness and confrontations.
Sun/Uranus = Jupiter:
Being rewarded for novelty or creativity. Pleasant surprises. Success through technology, astrology, or innovation.
Sun/Uranus = Saturn:
Sudden or unexpected losses or relationship endings. A struggle for autonomy and freedom. A stifling of one’s individuality. Working hard to do things differently.
In 2014 Transit Saturn was square to Amanda Byne’s Sun/Uranus midpoint. Her autonomy was taken away months earlier through a conservatorship.

Generally, sudden or unexpected events connected to the individuality of a person
When Uranus was square to her Sun/Uranus midpoint, Jayne Mansfield was dropped by Warner Brothers. The company was purportedly “disturbed” by her publicity stunts as well as her Playboy magazine appearances. She also had Transit Neptune opposing this midpoint, at the time.
At some point in 1960, GG Allin’s mother attempted to escape from her deranged husband, but the man allegedly thwarted her attempt by holding young GG hostage. Around this time, Transit Uranus made a direct hit to his Sun/Uranus midpoint.
Sun/Uranus = Neptune:
An unexpected threat to one’s health. Sudden or unexpected incidents involving water or air travel. A loss of autonomy or individuality. Being “absorbed” into the Collective. Alternately, one’s individuality may be harmful in unforeseen ways.
When Transit Neptune and the Nodes were square to this midpoint, GG Allin was placed in special education classes. According to his brother Merle, GG was bullied for his non-conformity.
Sun/Uranus = Pluto:
Twists of fate. Tragedies. Imprisonment. Physical suffering. An all-consuming drive for power or control. Reforms and revolutionary acts.
Sun/Uranus = Nodes:
Unusual meetings – or meeting with unusual people
Ted Bundy’s Nodes were square to this midpoint natally.
Sun/Uranus = Asc:
Standing out in a crowd. Being known for one’s eccentricity. Sudden events.
Evel Knievel’s natal Ascendant is conjunct this midpoint!
Angelina Jolie divorced for a 2nd time (Billy Bob) when her Progressed AC hit this midpoint.
Ted Bundy’s Progressed Ascendant was at this midpoint in 1969 when he met his girlfriend, Elizabeth Kloepfer. This was a significant (but reportedly tumultuous) relationship that endured past his first trial.

Sudden events. Emotional upheaval. Changes in the status quo.
Connie Francis was committed to a mental hospital by her father in 1983 after a nervous breakdown when her Progressed Midheaven was on the Sun/Uranus midpoint.
